HORACIO

Founded in Geneva in 2008 by three French gourmets passionate about the art of tobacco, Horacio focuses on its core production area in Estrili, Nicaragua—the cigar capital of Central America. Leveraging the rich tobacco leaves nurtured by the local volcanic soil, Horacio meticulously selects wrappers aged for over five years and hand-rolls each cigar by artisans. Its signature double-fermentation process imparts a unique balance of caramel and woody aromas to the filler, with each cigar undergoing over 200 processes before its final product.
As a representative of New World cigars, Horacio blends French elegance with Latin flair. Its Classic Series I, with its light leather notes and cedar finish, was named Cigar of the Year 2023 by the authoritative publication *Cigaroscope*. Through the global bonded network of Horacio Distribution in Geneva, the brand ensures temperature-controlled maintenance from the Estrili factory to the consumer. The limited-edition “Freeport Aged Series” launched in 2024 uses eight-year aged tobacco leaves from the Prayer bonded warehouse as its base, demonstrating its ultimate pursuit of the mellowing of time.
